Michael is a Graduate of the “University of Applied Sciences in Economic and Business Administration” with complementary education at the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP). He has been working as a self-employed Consultant and Coach since 1999 and possesses over 25-years of experience in the areas of Management Development, Post-Merger Integration, Change Management, Leadership Training, Workshop Facilitation as well as Coaching. In addition to that, he is lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and at the University of Applied Sciences in Olten as well as co-founder of the “Coaching Summer School”.
Since 2008 Michael Zimmermann is partner of askplus and internationally active in the field of organizational development, leadership training and coaching.
Bärbel is a work psychologist and has an MSc in organizational development with additional training in coaching and mediation. Before joining askplus, she has acted as an internal consultant and project leader. She has extensive experience in the field of personnel, leadership, team development and conflict management. Furthermore, she has been the vice-chair of the supervisory board of the largest Swiss estate.
She supports companies within their process of change, runs leadership training, team development workshops and she also works as a mediator.
Since 2009 Bärbel Kürzl has worked for askplus and is as partner responsible for consulting and mediation.
Claudia is a trained HR professional with additional training in coaching and personnel and organizational development. Project experience: evaluation and implementation of a salary and bonus system, reviewing HR processes, harmonization of employment conditions, integration of two legally independent entities into one organization, realization of 180 – and 360-degree surveys. 2006-2008 worked as project leader for PEER COMMUNICATION.
Since 2008 Claudia Gartmann has been a project leader for askplus and responsible for consulting and individual coaching.
