Michael is a business economist FH (Zurich) with complementary education at the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP Zurich), in coaching (Kurszentrum Aarau), in “Expanding Perception” and in existential analytic coaching at the MCV in Austria with Dr. Alfred Längle and Dr. Christoph Kolbe. He has many years of experience in all aspects of HR work, as Head of Management Development Europe and as a consultant for integration support and cultural development. He was also partner at PEER COMMUNICATION for 10 years and a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen for 20 years. Since 2001 he has been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). In 2002 he was co-founder of the “Coaching Summer School”.
The focus of his work lies in the facilitation of transformation processes with a focus on corporate culture, in leadership development as well as in team and individual coaching.

Bärbel is a work psychologist FH, MSc in organizational development at the University of Klagenfurt/Vienna, mediator and supervisor SDM with additional training in sociocracy 3.0 and existential analytic coaching, member BSO and SDM. She has extensive experience as a project manager, internal consultant, trainer and equal opportunities officer in the media, cantonal administration and logistics sectors. She was also active for 9 years as vice-chair of the supervisory board of the largest Swiss estate. She is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) in Olten, initiator of the “Praxistag Konflikte”, “Konfliktlösung in agilen Teams” and co-author of the book “Mut zur Konfliktlösung”.
The focus of her work is on accompanying transformation processes, conflict moderation, team and individual coaching and leadership development.

Sandra Fischer Christen

Sandra studied work and organizational psychology at the University of Zurich with complementary education at the institute for systemic impulses in coaching, team coaching and organizational development. She worked in HR as a personnel developer and was responsible for leadership development programs and development centers. She then became an external consultant and has long-standing experience in supporting development of individuals, teams and organizations. She is also an expert in drafting processes for personnel selection, with a special focus on designing and enrolling assessment centers. The focus of her work is on coaching, leadership and team development and on facilitating workshops. In addition, she is active as a lecturer at the KV Aarau (post graduate program “Leadership & Management”).

Senior Consultant at askplus since 2023
He has been a leadership consultant since 2015 and has worked as a project manager, trainer and coach at askplus since 2023. His focus is on leadership development (training and coaching), building high-performing teams and specific leadership issues in agile organisations. He also has in-depth experience in strategic HR topics such as people engagement, talent management and performance management.
Robin Leins holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Economics (UZH) as well as a Master’s degree in History and Philosophy (ETH Zurich), a CAS in “Modern HR and Organisational Development” (FHNW) as well as numerous further trainings in coaching, non-violent communication, design thinking and agile ways of working.

Project manager & Coach at askplus since 2008
Claudia is a human resources specialist with additional training in coaching (Peter Müri) and organizational and HR development. She worked for over 10 years in the personnel department, most recently as HR manager in an international company. She has specific HR project experience such as the introduction of an evaluation and salary system, revision of HR processes, harmonization of employment conditions and conducting surveys. From 2006-2008 she worked as an external project manager for a consulting company.
The focus of her work is on coaching, leadership development, HR support and conducting and evaluating employee surveys.
